a family affair

In 2017, when we were still baby videographers, we shot a wedding about a month before our own for a lovely couple named Samie and Luke. Seven years later, we got an email from Samie telling us that her little sister was getting married, and they wanted us there to film it. It was such an honour to be remembered after so long, and we had so much fun catching up with everyone, and meeting Samie and Luke’s three adorable daughters.

This space feels European. The open air, the architecture—we’ll take it all and double it. The venue and its staff were amazing to work with, and we got some amazing footage from the reception and the vineyards.

The band

One of the best parts of this day was the surprise that Alejandro planned for Megan for weeks. He worked with their amazing band to pull off an epic, five-song set on the guitar, and his performance was phenomenal. No one knew it was coming except the planner, the photographers, the band and us. We can’t wait to share more of this with you in the highlight film
