What an absolute blast this day was! May was stunning in her simple, form-fitting dress. Justin and his boys were so sharp in their custom, monogrammed Surmesur suits. It was a party to remember!

THE VENUE | GLADSTONE HOUSE

We’d never had the opportunity to work at Gladstone House before, but we love love love the interior decor and urban vibes at the West Queen West hotel. We love when a wedding day gives us something we’ve never seen before, and doing the first look in the bar checked that box for us.

May and her girls got ready in a stunning, light-filled room at the top of the hotel. The room had a patio off the side with a wide view of the north end of the city. We had a great time out there while the setting sun sunk behind the tall buildings to the southwest.

We met Liat Aharoni at a bridal show about four years earlier when her booth was right behind ours, and we ended up chatting. Followed on IG and kept in touch, until we finally got to work together, and it was better than we could have imagined. This girl is a riot! We had so much fun laughing and creating all day.

Pro tip: choose your photo/video team by how much fun you’ll have with them. And once you’ve booked one, ask them who they like to work with for the other.
